San Antonio Spurs (35-13) at Washington Wizards (24-23), 7 p.m.
(SportsNetwork.com) - The San Antonio Spurs will resume their annual Rodeo trip when they invade Washington Wednesday night to take on the Wizards at the Verizon Center.
The Spurs opened the lengthy sojourn with Monday's 102-95 come-from-behind win at New Orleans and trailed by as many as 14 points in the fourth quarter.
Tony Parker had 32 points and nine assists, while Tim Duncan added 21 points, seven rebounds and six blocks for the Spurs, who have won two in a row since losing three straight and are 17-5 on the road.
"Tony pretty much carved them up," Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich said.
San Antonio will also visit Brooklyn, Charlotte, Detroit, Boston, the Los Angeles Clippers, Portland and Phoenix on the nine-game odyssey.
Washington has won two in a row and three of four games, and has disposed of Oklahoma City and Portland to start a five-game homestand. In Monday's 100-90 victory over the Trail Blazers, John Wall had 22 points, three steals and two blocks and Trevor Ariza added 20 points.
The victory over the Blazers moved the Wizards over .500 for the first time in almost four years.
"It's only one game over, but yeah it's a big relief. We've got bigger goals to try to keep winning games and try to not to go back down so we won't have to have this talk again," Wall said.
The Wizards are 12-11 in D.C. and will also entertain Cleveland and Sacramento on the homestand.
Washington dropped a 92-79 decision at San Antonio on Nov. 13 and is winless in the last 15 meetings with the Spurs. The Spurs have won six in a row and 14 of 18 trips to the Verizon Center.
