Mark Calcavecchia and Russ Cochran both closed with 7-under 65s last year to
end at 14-under par. Calcavecchia birdied the first playoff hole to earn his
first champions Tour win. That was a turnaround from the Senior British Open,
where Cochran beat Calcavecchia by two shots. Duffy Waldorf will make his
Champions Tour debut this week.
