NCAA Game Summary - Utah at USC

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Cody Kesler threw for 230 yards and a touchdown as the USC Trojans pulled out a 19-3 victory over the Utah Utes in a Pac-12 melee at LA Memorial Coliseum.
Kessler completed 21-of-32 pass attempts for USC (5-3, 2-2 Pac-12). Nelson Agholor had six catches for 97 yards and a touchdown and Tre Madden had a game-high 60 yards on 12 carries.
Travis Wilson completed just 5-of-14 passes and was intercepted twice before Adam Schulz took over for Utah (4-4, 1-3). Schultz didn't fare much better with 79 yards and an interception on 7-of-17 passing.
After Utah took a 3-0 lead early in the first quarter on a 42-yard field goal from Andy Phillips, the Trojans pushed themselves ahead with a 30-yard touchdown pass from Kessler to Agholor nearly 10 minutes later.
Andre Heidari connected on a 35-yard field goal early in the second frame to give USC a 10-3 lead. Heidari added two more field goals in the final 23 seconds of the first half. The first was a 38-yard effort and the second, set up by a Schulz interception, came from 28 yards out.
Heidari picked up where he left off with a 40-yard field goal early in the third quarter. It would be the last score of the game.
The two teams combined for just 461 yards of total offense.
