New Orleans, LA (SportsNetwork.com) - C.J. Wilcox scored 15 points to lead
four players in double figures for the Washington Huskies, who defeated
the Tulane Green Wave, 73-62, in a non-conference duel at Devlin
Perris Blackwell and Nigel Williams-Goss each added 12 points and Mike
Anderson chipped in 10 for Washington (6-4), which won its second straight
game and fourth in the last five outings.
Jonathan Stark netted a game-high 25 points for Tulane (5-6), shooting 8-of-16
from the floor and 9-of-12 from the free-throw line. Louis Dabney joined Stark
in double figures with 16 points, but Tulane still fell for the sixth time in
the last seven games.
