                     === Baylor runs over West Virginia ===
 Waco,  TX  ( - Lache Seastrunk  rushed for 172 yards and two
 touchdowns  and Bryce Petty threw a pair of touchdowns and also rushed for one
 as No. 17 Baylor cruised to a 73-42 win over West Virginia on Saturday.
 Shock  Linwood rushed for  129 yards and a touchdown and Glasco Martin ran for
 63  yards and two scores for Baylor (4-0, 1-0 Big 12), which finished with 476
 rushing yards and eight touchdowns.
 "It's a team win. We're all smiles right now and we should be. Unfortunately,
 we let the game be closer stat wise than it should have been, which we'll
 address," said Petty. "The guys came out and everything we have done all week
 in preparation worked out so that's always a plus for us."
 Petty  completed 17-of-25  passes for 347 yards and an interception and Antwan
 Goodley caught seven passes for 170 yards and a touchdown in the triumph.
 The Bears gained a school-record 872 yards in the game.
 WVU  (3-3, 1-2)  starting quarterback  Clint Trickett  completed just  9-of-28
 passes  for 161  yards, one touchdown and an interception. Paul Millard was 8-
 for-13 passing for 115 yards and two touchdowns in the loss.
 "It counts as one loss, just like what happened against Maryland three weeks
 ago. We'll regroup and do our absolute best to get back on the winning track
 in the next two weeks," said WVU head coach Dana Holgersen. "We have a lot to
 work on. I said it all week that if we got into a track meet, we wouldn't be
 in good shape."
 Charles Sims rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown for the Mountaineers.
 Baylor  needed just 40  seconds to get on the board as Petty hit Goodley for a
 61-yard touchdown pass.
 The  Mountaineers were  forced to  punt on  the ensuing  possession, but  Levi
 Norwood fumbled and Karl Joseph pounced on the ball in the end zone to tie the
 The Bears then scored five straight touchdowns to make it 42-7.
 Petty ran it in from two yards out before connecting for Tevin Reese for a 47-
 yard touchdown.
 Seastrunk then ripped off an 80-yard touchdown run to make it a 21-point game.
 A  pair of  Martin touchdowns early in  second put Baylor ahead by five scores
 until Trickett found Kevin White for a 39-yard touchdown.
 Seastrunk and Linwood then ripped off rushing touchdowns from 19 and 13 yards,
 respectively, to make it 56-14 at the half.
 Sims  broke off  a 29-yard  touchdown to  make it  56-21, but  a Devin  Chafin
 rushing  touchdown  and an Aaron  Jones 36-yard field  goal made it a 35-point
 Millard  threw a  pair of TDs in  the fourth to Ronald Carswell and White, and
 back-up  quarterback Seth  Russell added a rushing score for Baylor to make it
 Travis Bell picked off Russell with just over three minutes left and lateraled
 it to Darwin Cook, who carried it into the end zone for the final difference.

 Baylor set a school record for points ... Baylor fell to WVU 70-63 last season
 ...  The  Bears will visit Kansas  State on Oct.  19 .... Baylor has scored at
 least  69  points in each  games this season ...  The Mountaineers host No. 20
 Texas Tech on Oct. 19.
