Description: Jaguars running back Denard Robinson was not very effective in Week 12.
Insight: He rushed 14 times for 25 yards and lost a fumble. Robinson did help owners with four catches for 47 yards. We still like him as an RB2.

Description: Jaguars running back Denard Robinson scored two touchdowns in Week 10.
Insight: He did so on 15 carries for 60 yards. Robinson also chipped in two catches for 10 yards, and should be considered an RB2 when Jacksonville returns from their bye week.

Description: Jaguars running back Denard Robinson rushed for 94 yards on 17 carries against the Bengals on Sunday.
Insight: Throw in 10 receiving yards and Robinson had over 100 yards from scrimmage and scored a touchdown. He cannot be ignored any longer in standard fantasy leagues. He is worth a look.

Description: Jaguars running back Denard Robinson conitued hot play on Sunday.
Insight: He rushed for 108 yards on 18 carries, along with 10 yards on one catch. Robinson is developing into a nice RB2 option.

Description: ESPN Jaguars reporter Mike DiRocco has heard the coaches "still aren't sure if [Denard] Robinson is capable of handling a heavy workload each week."
Insight: Robinson had 22 carries for 127 yards against the Browns, but we do not expect Robinson to become a workhorse back and average 20 carries per week. At 197 pounds and behind a below average offensive line, Robinson's touches will be somewhat limited even if he is the featured back. Twenty carries is more like his ceiling than his average.

10/23/2014 5:08:00 PM
Description: Jaguars coach Gus Bradley confirmed Thursday Denard Robinson will remain the starting running back for Week 8 even though Toby Gerhart is back.
Insight: Robinson ran 22 times for 127 yards against the Browns, so Bradley is sticking with what works. Gerhart has been disappointing since joining Jacksonville. Gerhart will get some carries, but Robinson is the only Jaguars running back worth starting in fantasy.

Description: Jaguars running back Denard Robinson rushed 22 times for 127 yards and a touchdown in Week 7 against the Browns.
Insight: The Jaguars likely believe they have found their answer to their running blues. Fantasy owners have the answer to who they should start out of the Jacksonville backfield moving forward.

11/8/2013 12:45:00 PM
Description: The Jaguars Denard Robinson has been named as the No. 2 running back behind Maurice Jones-Drew.
Insight: It remains to be seen if this will help Robinson's fantasy value as the Jaguars are usually behind on the scoreboard and passing more than running the ball.

Description: The Jaguars have had to cut down on Denard Robinson's responsibilities in training camp, according to the Associated Press.
Insight: During offseason workouts, Jacksonville put Robinson in every possible offensive formation, but the former Michigan QB, who is listed as "offensive weapon" on the depth chart, had trouble holding onto the football. During training camp, the Jags have limited him to mostly runs and wildcat formations.

Description: Jaguars GM David Caldwell praised Denard Robinson's burst at running back and said the team plans to get him 10-15 touches per game as a rookie, according to Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com.
Insight: He'll also return kicks. The former Michigan Wolverines QB probably won't be drafted in many fantasy leagues, but he could prove to have some value if he displays big-play ability in the preseason.

Description: Welcome to the NFL, Denard Robinson. The Jaguars selected the Michigan QB/RB/WR/DB early in the fifth round.
Insight: Robinson is oozing with talent, though it's unclear what position he'll play at the next level. It sounds like the Jaguars are envisioning Robinson as a halfback but nothing is set in stone.
