Ruiz is currently batting .337 with 13 HR, 52 RBI and a 1.025 OPS in 46 games. | Insight: Until Arizona first baseman Paul Goldschmidt began to pick it up over the past two weeks (.387, 2 HR) there was probably some thought to bringing Ruiz to the big club. Ruiz stuggled in a short major league stint in 2010 with Toronto, but in 2009 batted .313 with 10 homers in just 33 games with the Blue Jays. | | |
