Description: Pirates center fielder Andrew McCutchen was 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs in the, 11-5, victory over the Padres on Thursday.
Insight: McCutchen just missing having a huge night. He hit a ground rule double that if it didn't bounce over the wall would have scored an another run, but Neil Walker had to stop at third. McCutchen hit another double and because Matt Kemp played the ball well off the wall, again Walker held at third. Then, in McCutchen's last at-bat, he got a meat ball that he could have very easily hit for a three-run homer, but he popped it up. Still, fantasy owners are happy with the three hits and two RBI night. McCutchen has hit batting average up to .272.
