Anaheim, CA (Sports Network) - Trevin Harris didn't miss a shot en route to a team-high 16 points, as Pacific held off Xavier, 70-67, on Thursday at the DIRECTV Classic from Anaheim Convention Center.

Pacific held a 10-point edge with over nine minutes remaining thanks to a 7-0 spurt, which Fulton capped with a 3-pointer to make it 56-46.

The Musketeers pulled within three with under two minutes left after a Justin Martin triple, but the Tigers responded with six straight points to make it 70-61 with 35 seconds left.

Xavier answered with a Davis trey to pull within six and after Sama Taku missed the front end of a one-and-one, Martin nailed another triple to cut the lead to three with four seconds left.

Lorenzo McCloud left the door open for Xavier after missing the front end of a one-and-one at the other end, but Davis' half-court heave at the buzzer bounced off the rim and Pacific held on for the victory.
