Insight: Tate had a good offseason, but even if he starts he's no better than the team's No. 3 target behind Green and Jermaine Gresham. He'll have to continue to fight off Armon Binns, Jordan Shipley and rookie Mohamed Sanu.

Insight: Tate has shown some flashes so far this year, but won't get the job full time. Rookie Taylor Price figures to get some work, along with Julian Edelman. Regardless, Tate is still worth a flyer a deeper league.
