Auburn Hills, MI (Sports Network) - Mike Conley scored 19 points on 8-of-11 shooting, while Zach Randolph registered a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, as the Memphis Grizzlies used a critical second-quarter surge before cruising to a 105-91 victory over the Detroit Pistons.

Kyle Singler's running jumper four minutes into the second quarter made it 39-30 in favor of the Pistons, but Memphis quickly caught fire. Jerryd Bayless started a 23-3 flurry, and fittingly capped it off with a slam with 35 seconds remaining, to make it 53-42 at the break.

Twice Conley extended the lead to 25 points -- each time with a triple -- before the Grizzlies closed the third stanza convincingly up, 84-60.
The Pistons trailed by 20 points or more for the majority of the fourth before Jerebko and other reserves made the contest more manageable in the final minutes of play.
It was the Pistons who came out looking to make a statement, as the team took a 30-22 lead after one quarter behind Knight's 10 points and 4-of-5 shooting effort.
Former Pistons standout Tayshaun Prince and Austin Daye, the two players the Grizzlies acquired in the three-team trade with Toronto, finished with four and six points, respectively ...
