Dodgers spoil Hamels' season debut

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Zack Greinke tossed seven-plus brilliant innings to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 5-2 win over the Philadelphia Phillies in the third installment of a four-game set.

Greinke (4-0) allowed two runs on five hits and struck out 11 to remain unbeaten through five outings.

Yasiel Puig was 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBI, Hanley Ramirez hit a solo homer and Juan Uribe added an RBI for the Dodgers, who had dropped the first two tilts of this series. Matt Kemp was 2-for-4 with two doubles and a run scored in the win.

Kenley Jansen worked a perfect ninth to earn his eighth save of the season.

Ryan Howard drove in a run and Jayson Nix smacked a solo shot for the Phillies, who had a season-high three-game winning streak snapped.

Phillies lefty Cole Hamels (0-1) made his season debut after missing time with biceps tendinitis and a fatigued arm. The 2008 World Series MVP appeared sharp in his return, allowing two runs on six hits over six innings. Hamels struck out five and walked one in the setback.
