Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Jordan Printy and Koang Doluony scored 11 points each as the Indiana State Sycamores bested the Texas Pan American Broncs, 69-46, in the Nick Kladis Classic at the Gentile Center.
Jake Kelly added 10 points for the Sycamores (1-0),who won their first game for new coach Greg Lansing. Carl Richard pulled down 13 rebounds.
Perry Petty scored 11 points to pace the Broncs (0-1).
The Sycamores went on a 10-0 run to take a 25-15 lead with 7:45 left in the first half and built a 38-20 lead at the break.
The Broncs struggled from the floor in the second half, shooting just 6-of-27 en route to the loss.
The Broncs shot just 24,5 percent from the floor for the evening. Indiana State enjoyed a 40-28 edge on the glass and shot an even 50.0 percent from the field.
