Moraga, CA (Sports Network) - Eddie Williams scored 14 points to lead three players in double figures, as the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks defeated the Binghamton Bearcats, 64-43, in the Shamrock Office Solutions Classic.
Jereal Scott scored 12 points and Walt Harris added 10, as the Lumberjacks (9-3) won their third straight.
Chretien Lukusa scored 18 points for the Bearcats (4-10), who have lost five of their last six starts.
The Lumberjacks broke the game open by building a 32-15 advantage with 3:46 left in the first half. At halftime the margin was 16 at 37-21. Stephen F. Austin shot 60 percent from the floor in the opening half.
The Lumberjacks extended their lead to 30 with 9:57 left in the game and they coasted to the 21-point win.
The Lumberjacks shot an even 50.0 percent from the floor and turned the ball over just eight times. Binghamton was just 2-of-11 from three-point range and was guilty of 16 turnovers.
