Insight: McAllister made two of those starts against the Twins and one against the Angels, so it's not like he dominated the best offensive clubs in the league. He's a serviceable fantasy arm, one that is 7-7 with a 3.51 ERA, a 1.30 WHIP and 79 K in 105 innings this season.

Insight: McAllister (4-2, 3.21) didn't walk a batter Saturday after issuing seven free passes in his two previous starts. The right-hander has a 52/14 K/BB ratio in 56 innings this season and can be used in deeper mixed leagues against weaker offenses.

Insight: McAllister picked up the win by scattering seven hits and striking out seven. As we said Wednesday in a column, owners would be wise to stream opposing pitchers against the Orioles in the next week, as Baltimore hitters are struggling mightily.
