Insight: Taylor is serving a 24-game suspension for his involvement in a domestic violence case. In his first two seasons he was not fantasy worthy and was buried too deep on the depth chart to be of value in 2014-15 as well.

Insight: The swingman has started seven of Charlotte's eight games since Michael Kidd-Gilchrist broke his hand (Taylor missed a game with a left heel contusion during that timeframe), but he hasn't scored in double figures in his last six.

Insight: He only had to sit out one game. Taylor has averaged just over 24 minutes per game this season but he should see more time while Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is out with a broken hand.

Description: Charlotte G/F Jeff Taylor will be eligible to return on Jan. 5 against Boston.

4/3/2013 6:17:00 PM
Description: Charlotte swingman Jeff Taylor won't be in action Wednesday against Philadelphia.
Insight: Taylor (6.1 ppg) has been dealing with soreness in his right foot. Former UConn stars Ben Gordon (11.7 ppg) and Jeff Adrien (4.1 ppg) should both see a decent amount of playing time in Taylor's absence.

12/13/2012 10:19:00 PM
Description: Bobcats rookie G/F Jeffery Taylor scored 12 points on 3-of-6 shooting Thursday, his highest point total in seven games this month.
Insight: Taylor has held onto his starting job so far despite Gerald Henderson returning but he's been ineffective, shooting just 31 percent from the field and .067 from 3-point range in the six games prior to Thursday. We expect Henderson to assume the starting role at some point, rendering Taylor useless in fantasy circles.

11/30/2012 9:28:00 PM
Description: Bobcats rookie G/F Jeff Taylor had 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting Friday against Philadelphia.
Insight: Taylor has started 13 straight games in place of the injured Gerald Henderson. While he has scored in double figures in six of his last seven games, Henderson is nearing a return and will likely send Taylor back to obscurity.

11/24/2012 10:37:00 PM
Description: Bobcats rookie G/F Jeff Taylor has scored at least 10 points in four straight games.
Insight: Taylor has started the last 10 games for Charlotte in place of injured SG Gerald Henderson. The 6-foot-7 Vanderbilt product has made 7-of-13 from 3-point land in his last four contests.
