Thrill of the Chase

It's been a long time coming. Rice makes its first bowl appearance in 45 years when it battle Troy in the New Orleans Bowl.

Quarterback Chase Clement has led the Owls to six straight wins and covers. When he threw the ball, there usually was only one place where it was going, and that was to Jarett Dillard. The receiver had 82 receptions for 1,176 yards and an astounding 20 touchdowns.
