Matt MooreSPAccording to Marc Topkins of the Tampa Bay Times, Rays left-hander Matt Moore has scheduled Tommy John surgery for next week.Moore was diagnosed with a torn UCL in his elbow which almost always means going under the knife, so this isn't a surprise.
